The Ranger is a 14’6” light-touring kayak designed to sit perfectly between recreational and sea kayaks. Stable and welcoming for newer paddlers, it also delivers the efficiency and responsiveness more experienced paddlers appreciate.
The hull blends a moderate V with a rounded chine forward that transitions to a harder chine aft, providing excellent primary and secondary stability, smooth tracking, and easy edging for confident, controlled turns in a wide range of conditions.
A roomy cockpit allows for comfortable entry and exit, making the Ranger ideal for relaxed day paddles, while the longer waterline adds efficiency when covering distance or paddling in more open water.
Fully outfitted for adventure, the Ranger features perimeter deck lines, dual bulkheads, deck bungees, retractable carry handles, a convenient 6” forward day hatch, retractable skeg, and optional rudder.
